That’s it for this week’s round-up, I hope you found lots of recipe inspiration. Thank you to everyone for making Healthy Vegan Fridays a success. If you want to link-up your favorite healthy recipe, just scroll past the thumbnails below and you’ll see where you can do that. Each week, the link is active from Friday morning through Tuesday evening and then the votes gets tallied and announced the following Friday.

I’m almost all better from my cold, I’m hoping to get back into my normal routine again today. I enjoyed reading and responding to your comments on yesterday’s post about my visit to the animal sanctuary. I feel so lucky to be part of this smart and informed community; you are the best. 🙂

Also, I wanted to mention that my recipe app for iPhones and iPads, Vegan Delish, is again being updated to work with Apple’s new operation system. Like many of the apps on the market, there may be some bugs that have to be worked out over the next several weeks. Rest assured that the software team is working day and night to get everything up to speed, so your patience is very much appreciated. As far as I know, though, the app is running smoothly right now, so please do download it, play with it, and find over 125 of my favorite, whole food, gluten-free, plant-based recipes there:

I love the “Lunch in Jar,” what a great idea. I’m gonna try that this week for every lunch salad. 🙂

Speaking of salads, I’m sharing a sweet summer recipe: Zucchini and Green Bean Salad with Basil Vinaigrette. Hope you enjoy!

    Hi Carrie

I brought along my Almond and Butternut Squash Bites today – and without the chilli they are perfect for toddlers ! My daughter-in-law sent me a photo of my grandson eating one – he loves them!

    Have a wonderful weekend!

    Hello Lovely Hostesses,

This week I am sharing carob sunbutter fudge and an easy raw carrot hummus (that tastes fabulous with figs and cucumber)

    Have a great weekend.

I look forward to your blog for some inspiring vegan recipes each week. I feel honored that you featured my lunch in a jar.. Thank you so much. This week I linked a recipe for a vegan peach and berry cobbler made with a quinoa topping.
